Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

Many clients are surprised to find that online sessions are just as deep and effective as in-person work. There are actually three reasons for this. First, early in the session I will ask you to close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. Once your eyes are closed, it does not matter whether we are in the same room or connected from across the country. Second, the benefits of the experience do not happen in the room. They occur in your mind, and your mind is always with you. Third, and perhaps most interesting, the changes you are seeking are part of your everyday life. When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home. I have guided clients in Bunbury and throughout Western Australia to profound experiences entirely online, and the feedback is consistently positive.

Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. The session is recorded so you can revisit it many times.

Many clients have found relief from unexplained physical pain, phobias, and deep-seated fears through regression. Often, these challenges have their roots in a past life experience. By visiting that lifetime, understanding the origin of the issue, and releasing the emotional charge associated with it, profound healing can occur in your current life. It is a beautiful process of letting go of what no longer serves you.

In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.
