Yes, a headset, headphones or earbuds with a microphone close to your mouth is a firm requirement for every session. Laptops, tablets and phones all have built in microphones, but they sit too far from your face to pick up soft speech. When you go into a deep hypnotic state your vocal cords relax, and you naturally speak very softly or even whisper. A close microphone means I can hear you clearly and guide you in real time, and it means your voice is captured loudly and clearly on the recording you receive afterward.

Yes, you can set a clear intention before we go into hypnosis to visit a specific period, culture or civilization, whether that is ancient Rome, Egypt or a Mayan lifetime. I will say that your soul, or Higher Self, ultimately chooses the past life that holds the most important lesson for your growth right now, and that may or may not match what your logical mind is curious about. Even so, a strong intention set during our pre talk acts like a compass. In my experience it often guides your subconscious straight to the lifetime you have been drawn to. So bring the request. We will state it clearly and then let your Higher Self lead.

That is a question for your higher self in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session. Some clients are told they will meet someone, and some are told they are flying solo this time, so I would not rule out a direct answer. If your soul chose a period of solitude in this life, knowing that changes how the solitude feels. You can also ask your guides what is blocking you from partnering successfully, because clearing those old barriers is where the real movement happens. My clients often find that once the block is gone they feel far more comfortable welcoming a loving connection.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try. I feel that I connect with my own guides, as well as others in spirit, during sessions, and one way I do that is through my pendulum and sometimes muscle testing. I cannot say for sure where the answers come from. It may be my guides, your guides, the Masters of Light I have written about on the blog, or another guide who is a guide to one of your guides, but there is a connection, and the answers come. During an active session they let me quickly double check information, verify the exact identity of the spiritual guides or attachments present, and confirm that an energetic block, a negative contract or an earthbound soul attachment has fully cleared before we move forward. Think of it as a second line on the phone. The answers come through your voice first, and these tools give me a fast, reliable way to check them.

The easiest tell is how the message arrives. Your own logical thoughts involve active thinking, weighing and planning, and you can feel yourself doing the work. A message from your spirit guides or Higher Self lands all at once as a sudden clear hunch or a knowing, and my clients describe it the same way again and again, saying something like this just popped into my head. It arrives without effort and feels distinct from thinking. Learning to trust that line of communication without arguing with it is a real milestone in spiritual development.
