Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation.
