I record every session and deliver an audio copy to you. My suggestion is to listen to the recording with a notebook in hand, because there is typically more in it than you remember, and writing it down is how the insights integrate into your life.

Those fast flashes are what some of my clients call fleeting images, so I use that term as well, and I can slow them down. Yes. Once a loved one crosses over, their consciousness stays fully awake and aware of your life, and in my experience they can hear your thoughts. Many of them stay close and step into the role of a spirit guide. They may offer comfort, specific signs to watch for, or direct messages that arrive through your own voice or as an inner knowing.
