Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. Quantum Healing Hypnosis is a deep hypnosis technique that guides you to a very profound level of trance. In this state, you can access past life memories and connect with a higher aspect of yourself. Some people connect most strongly with their Higher Self, others with a spirit guide, and some with a group or collective that is there to support them on their journey. Whatever form that connection takes, this part of you holds incredible wisdom and can provide direct answers to your most pressing life questions, as well as facilitate deep healing.

Many clients are surprised to find that online sessions are just as deep and effective as in-person work. There are actually three reasons for this. First, early in the session I will ask you to close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. Once your eyes are closed, it does not matter whether we are in the same room or connected from across the country. Second, the benefits of the experience do not happen in the room. They occur in your mind, and your mind is always with you. Third, and perhaps most interesting, the changes you are seeking are part of your everyday life. When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home.
