Having trouble entering a past life is rare, and I have several backup plans ready if it happens. If you are blocked or struggling to regress, I set the past life work aside and move the session into another hypnosis process such as Parts Therapy or Gestalt Therapy, and those approaches tend to bring up rich material of their own. I can also use alternative entry techniques like travel in your imagination, the infinite pool or the sphere of possibilities to establish a direct connection with your spirit guides or your Higher Self. Either way you still receive a full, deeply healing session. In my experience the session goes where it needs to go, and a different doorway often turns out to be the right one for you.

Yes, during a Quantum Healing session you can ask your Higher Self or your spirit guides to do a thorough scan of your body. The scan looks at what you already know about and at anything you may not be aware of yet. I usually frame it across the four aspects of a whole person, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Your Higher Self can then describe what is out of balance, explain the spiritual lesson behind it, and offer insight into what your body needs. Many of my clients find the scan is where the session gets very practical, because the information is specific to them and comes from a part of themselves that sees the whole picture.

Yes, in many sessions it does, and the process is similar to conscious channeling. You stay fully aware and in the driver's seat the entire time. During the question and answer segment of a quantum healing session I ask permission to speak directly to your Higher Self or your guides. From there it depends on how you receive information. Some clients hear the answers in their head and relay them to me. For others, the Higher Self speaks directly through their voice. In both cases you remain aware and conversing, simply allowing the spiritual wisdom to flow through your vocal cords. My clients often describe it as listening to themselves say things they did not know they knew.

Wanting reassurance that you are on the right path is one of the most common reasons people book a session with me. In my experience, the setbacks, the confusion and the stretches of feeling lost are often part of the plan your soul made before you were born, placed there to teach you specific lessons. Under hypnosis you connect with your Higher Self or your spirit guides, and they help you understand the spiritual purpose behind those obstacles. They rarely hand you a simple prediction. What they tend to offer instead is clear validation that you are exactly where you need to be to learn the lessons you chose, which many people find far more useful than a forecast.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.

The womb regression is an important transition step in your session. While you were developing in your mother's belly, your consciousness was highly sensitive and absorbed whatever she was feeling. If she went through fear, anxiety or panic during that time, you may have carried those emotions into adult life believing they were your own. In trance I guide you to look at the womb environment and notice what was actually going on. Clients are often surprised to realize that a heavy feeling they have had all their lives belonged to their mother. Once you see that clearly, you can hand it back and clear it from your energy, and many people describe a real sense of relief.
