Allow me to introduce myself, I am Mark Johnson. I have been around Hypnosis and Past Life Regression since I was a young child in the 1960's. I had the opportunity to watch my father hypnotize people and take them back to past lives starting around the age of 10. I grew up in Charleston, SC, but now I live in East Texas. What is Past Life Regression?

Will I remember what happens during the session?

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

What is the difference between hypnosis and meditation?

Both hypnosis and meditation involve a relaxed, focused state of awareness, but they serve different purposes. Meditation is generally a practice of quieting the mind and cultivating present-moment awareness. Hypnosis is a guided process with a specific therapeutic or exploratory goal.
