Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

It is just the two of us. The session needs to be one on one, because if someone else is in the room with you, something might come up that you do not want to talk about in front of them, and you might hold back, you might not open up, and whatever it is might be important. The recording is yours too, and you can share it with anybody you want, or with nobody. Beyond that, there typically are not embarrassing or private things that come up. It is always a possibility, but the things that come up are things that need to come up. There is always a reason. So if something private or embarrassing does come up, the question becomes, why did it come up? What is it getting your attention about? It is usually something in your life that needs to be addressed in some way, not by me, by you, and if there is something I can help you with, I am more than willing to help you with it.

Most people have already read Journey of Souls, and often Destiny of Souls too, before they ever reach out to me. That is usually why they want to do the session in the first place, because reading the book provides encouragement to want to experience this world. I do not think it has an impact on the experience itself. Just recently I talked with someone who had read it and was blown away by it. So I cannot give you a cut and dry answer, do it or do not do it, because it is up to the individual. Here is what I would say. If you have not read it and you are concerned that it might give you expectations, then just do not read it. The session does not need the book. And if you have already read it, like most of my clients, you are in good company.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your guides directly about your intuition, and better access to it is one of the commonly asked questions my clients bring. So at the end of your session I teach you self hypnosis techniques you can use at home. You learn to settle into a relaxed state, go to a special place we set up during the session, and connect there with your guidance. Many of my clients find that with a little practice they start to communicate and receive clear signs on their own, and they come to recognize the intuitive talents they already had.

That lifelong feeling of not fitting in is more common than you might think, and it is one of the things people bring to a session as a question. I do not tell you where it comes from ahead of time, and I do not paint a picture during the session either. I ask you what you notice and let your own experience do the explaining. What I will say is that when someone finds the source of that feeling for themselves, the grief tends to lift, and settling into life here gets easier. The discovering is what helps, and it works best when every bit of it is yours.

Repetitive conflicts or intense struggles with your partner are often structured on a soul level to trigger necessary growth. Before birth your souls agreed to incarnate together to help each other resolve old karmic patterns or learn lessons such as compassion or boundaries. Under hypnosis you can trace the conflict pattern back to its original past life cause. Realizing that the ancient struggle belongs to a previous incarnation helps your subconscious release the current relational trigger, and what tends to happen is that the same old argument loses its charge. My clients often report more harmony and peace at home afterward, not because their partner changed but because the pattern underneath the fight has been seen and set down.
