It's been a few months since my past life regression session & I have been profoundly touched by the assistance given. Many things that I felt were confirmed. I have used many tools in my grief therapy and this one was such a lamp. I am now preparing for a second session(it is very overwhelming in my opinion and mentally freeing but exhausting at the same time)to continue on my healing journey and I truly consider it an educational investment. It's one of those things that once you have knowledge can't be taken away from you. Highly recommend. I prepared prior to my first session by simple audio meditation so that I would be familiar and comfortable with the process but I really felt like Mark walks you through it all so it's not a necessity.

Mark is a pleasure to work with. From my first communication, he responded promptly, provided clear instructions and exercises to prepare for the session. He made time to get a sense of who I was and the results I desired from the online hypnosis session. One can observe him drawing on deep knowledge of hypnosis, general wellness information, and a sensitivity to the individual throughout the whole experience. I recently had a session with Mark for Past Life Regression and while I am still processing the information I received, I can report that the experience had a profound effect on me. After spending a considerable amount of time educating me on the process and learning about my expectations for the session, Mark was able to take me into an incredibly relaxed hypnotic state very quickly and with ease. After recalling pleasant childhood memories from this lifetime, we visited two of past lives where I was able to gain insight into the possible influences from those lifetimes that have impacted my current lifetime. Mark also helped me identify my guides and connect specifically with one guide that I am now able to comfortably connect with anytime. During the session, Mark helped me release recurring feelings of guilt and shame that I believe carried over from a past life, as well as emotions that may be the root cause of recurring physical pain from migraines. Yes, it was a very powerful session. And, the proof is in the pudding. It’s like that session flipped a switch inside me. I had been struggling with certain things related to vocal technique in choir, and magically, I knew how to fix them all Sunday morning and Monday evening during rehearsal. It worked!
