Karma is the spiritual law of cause and effect. Positive actions attract positive circumstances, and when a soul fails to fully understand a key lesson, the unfinished business carries over as a karmic debt. During the past life review at the end of a session you can examine these difficult cycles directly. Once you identify the specific lesson your soul was meant to learn, such as forgiveness or self trust, from a past life contract, you can actively cancel or rewrite that ancient agreement. What tends to happen is that the unhealed karmic debt clears, and my clients often report that the repetitive relationship or personal pattern loses its hold on them afterward.

You can, and I generally suggest spacing them out. Doing a Past Life Regression, QHHT and Life Between Lives inside a short window is something I call the Grand Slam, and it is possible. But these are deep sessions with intense emotional and energetic work in them, and in my experience it is best to allow several weeks, or even a quarter, between one and the next. That space gives your mind and body time to process, digest and integrate what came through into your daily life before you go into another deep trance. Difficult family relationships often go back to a plan your soul made before you were born. A soul that needs to learn forgiveness, for example, may ask a close member of its own soul group to play the antagonist or the mean one in this life.
