Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

Many people are surprised when they realize how natural hypnosis feels. It is a state we enter naturally every day, such as when we are daydreaming or just before falling asleep. My role is simply to guide you into that relaxed state. As long as you have a genuine desire to experience the session and are willing to follow my voice, you can be guided into the appropriate level of trance for this deep inner work.

In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.

When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home. Both hypnosis and meditation involve a relaxed, focused state of awareness, but they serve different purposes. Meditation is generally a practice of quieting the mind and cultivating present-moment awareness. Hypnosis is a guided process with a specific therapeutic or exploratory goal.
