Yes, all of my sessions are conducted online via Zoom. This allows you to relax in the comfort and safety of your own home, which many clients find actually deepens the experience. Energy and spiritual connection are not bound by physical distance. You will need a quiet, undisturbed space and a reliable internet connection, and the experience will be just as profound as any in-person session.

Many clients are surprised to find that online sessions are just as deep and effective as in-person work. There are actually three reasons for this. First, early in the session I will ask you to close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. Once your eyes are closed, it does not matter whether we are in the same room or connected from across the country. Second, the benefits of the experience do not happen in the room. They occur in your mind, and your mind is always with you. Third, and perhaps most interesting, the changes you are seeking are part of your everyday life. When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home. I have guided clients in Upper Hutt and throughout Wellington to profound experiences entirely online, and the feedback is consistently positive.

In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.

Word of mouth and personal referrals are always a good starting point. Beyond that, look for a practitioner with formal training in both spiritual hypnosis and hypnotherapy. This distinction matters more than many people realize. Many practitioners who offer QHHT or Past Life Regression have little to no foundational training in hypnosis itself, which limits their ability to guide you into the depth of trance this work requires. Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.
