This distinction matters more than many people realize. Many practitioners who offer QHHT or Past Life Regression have little to no foundational training in hypnosis itself, which limits their ability to guide you into the depth of trance this work requires. When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home.
