Can I get a body scan during the session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, during a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your Higher Self or your spirit guides to do a thorough scan of your body. The scan looks at what you already know about and at anything you may not be aware of yet. I usually frame it across the four aspects of a whole person, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Your Higher Self can then describe what is out of balance, explain the spiritual lesson behind it, and offer insight into what your body needs. Many of my clients find the scan is where the session gets very practical, because the information is specific to them and comes from a part of themselves that knows the whole picture.

Can something negative attach to me during a session?

Accepted Answer

Some people worry that being hypnotized leaves you open for something negative to come in. That is a religious view of hypnosis in general, the idea that when you are hypnotized evil spirits can move in and become a part of you. Here is my experience. I have never had that happen in a session. That is not what happens, and I do not know of anybody who has ever seen it. What I have had is people who bring something like that in with them, and if I discover it, and usually I do, I can help them release it. You are not going to leave with something you did not bring in, and you are not going to pick something up as a result of the session. I also wrap you in protective light at the start, your own light from your heart, and your guides are not going to let you go to something you cannot handle.

Can a session reveal talents I have not used?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Positive talents and abilities from past lives, things like writing, teaching, music or healing, are carried forward in your soul's cellular memory. One client of mine had always been drawn to flying, and on his very first lesson he could handle the plane by instinct, because he had been a pilot in a previous life. When we access those lifetimes in trance, I ask your subconscious mind to bring those positive talents forward with you. What tends to happen is that abilities you have barely touched become easier to learn and to amplify, and clients often find themselves using them in their careers or creative work in ways they had not expected.

What if I could not be hypnotized before?

You can still have a good session with me. Over twenty years and well over three thousand sessions, I have found that going into hypnosis comes down to how the session is run. I customize every session in real time using my clinical hypnotherapy background, and I have multiple backup inductions ready if the first one does not settle you. I also use interactive dialogue to quiet an overactive mind, since a busy mind is the most common reason people feel they did not go under. Clients who told me they had failed before often tell me afterward that this time it simply happened. Come with an open mind and let me handle the rest.

Can a session help with a difficult parent or sibling?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and the first shift is in how you ask the question. Difficult relationships with parents or siblings are often designed as vital spiritual catalysts. Asking why they are difficult tends to keep you stuck in a victim pattern, so I coach my clients to rephrase and ask what they need to do to have a better relationship or to learn the underlying soul lesson. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, connecting with your Higher Self reveals the pre birth soul contracts you made with your family. That perspective is what allows you to release resentment, establish healthy emotional boundaries and find deep peace. In my experience the relationship often softens once you understand what the two of you agreed to work on together.
