After less than positive experience with another practitioner I thought that I was unable to regress to a past life, but Mark proved the opposite! I had very productive 5 hours session in Houston with Mark and can confirm that he has amazing skills to put you into the hypnosis state within few minutes and walk you through your childhood memories to your past reincarnations. You do not have to relive a painful memory to heal from it. If a distressing scene comes up under hypnosis, I have you step out of that body right away and watch as an objective observer. It is a lot like watching a movie on a screen. From that safe, detached distance you can pick up the soul lesson the scene is holding and release the energy that was stuck there, without going through the pain again. You stay aware the whole time, you can speak to me at any point, and you are in the driver's seat. Clients often tell me the scene they were most afraid of turned out to be the one that helped them most.

Your soul is a large, advanced energy field, and the human body can only hold a small part of that intensity. So when you are in the womb, typically somewhere between three and six months of pregnancy, only a small percentage of your soul's energy connects with the developing body to form your human personality. The rest stays in the non physical realm as your Higher Self, watching over you with a broad, protective perspective for your whole lifetime. That is why, in my framework, you can reach your Higher Self so readily in hypnosis. It is the larger part of you, and it has been there all along, before the body and beyond it.

Your spirit guides are loving, non physical beings who watch over you and help you from the spirit world. When a guide or a whole spirit team steps forward during a past life regression or quantum healing session, one of the first things I ask is for a specific name, because a name gives you a clearer connection to hold onto. Sometimes a guide offers a simple nickname to get started, and sometimes they confirm they are happy with whatever name you already use for them in meditation. Either way, you leave the session with a recognizable relationship you can keep building. That makes it much easier to reach out to them on your own in the self hypnosis exercises you take home.

That instant, unexplainable familiarity with someone is often a sign that your souls have shared many past lives. Souls travel and incarnate together in groups, working on shared lessons over many lifetimes and trading roles as spouses, siblings, parents and close friends. Before your session you fill out a cast of characters list with the important people in your life. As past life scenes come up, I cross reference that list, and clients are frequently surprised to recognize a current spouse or friend in a very different role. Seeing the original agreements and karmic bonds behind the connection tends to bring clarity, and many people come away understanding why this particular relationship feels so deep.

That lifelong feeling of not fitting in, or of longing for a different family, is common among spiritually sensitive people and those who think of themselves as Starseeds. In hypnosis, my clients often find they carry memories of past lives in advanced or off planet civilizations where the community lived in harmony. After that, Earth's heavy, competitive density can feel shocking and foreign. Revisiting those memories from a safe place validates the homesickness you have felt for so long. Many people find that once they understand where it comes from, they can release the grief of leaving home and settle more comfortably into their purpose here. In my experience, you are simply remembering.
