This was my first experience with hypnosis and past life regression; I wasn't sure what to expect but I had hope that this would help me understand who I am and some of the events that have occurred in my 62 years of living. Mark spent a lot of time laying the groundwork and preparing me for a very relaxing experience. The time went by so fast, before I knew it 4 hours which seemed like 2 had passed by and I kept thinking I want it to continue. Mark first had me relax and brought me to happy childhood memories, then we went back to my mother's womb. It was vague for me, yet I felt a strong feeling of love and bonding from my mother. In the past life I could recall and sense feelings, smells, even had a sense of taste in the moment. After the experience I was even more curious and started to realize things that I wasn't aware of during the session. Mark is very good at what he does and will make sure to give you his time and energy to help you through your journey and to help you understand your questions. Many of my clients tell me they sleep better after a session, and it comes from something I teach at the very end. Right before I bring you out of trance, I teach you self hypnosis and set a post hypnotic trigger. I guide you to anchor a deeply relaxed, quiet state of mind that you can call up at bedtime, with the suggestion that when you close your eyes and use the technique you drift off and rest through the night. I also send you a written handout afterward that walks through how to practice the self hypnosis daily, so it becomes a habit rather than a one time experience. Better sleep is one of the most common things people report back to me.

Both sessions start the same way and the difference is what happens after the past life. In either one I guide you through happy childhood memories, the womb, and one or two past lives to resolve whatever is lingering. A Past Life Regression finishes after the past life review and your self hypnosis training, typically three to three and a half hours, and the price is $330. Quantum Healing Hypnosis keeps going after the past life. We connect directly with your Higher Self or spirit guides and work through the list of personal questions you prepared, which is why it typically runs four to five hours at $470. The video on the session description page, also on the home page, walks through this difference in detail, and it is usually what we talk about on the discovery call. QHHT is the most popular choice for a first session, and I suggest Past Life Regression mainly for people who are heading toward Life Between Lives.

Reincarnation is a voluntary choice, and your soul is the one making it. I hear from people who want to be sure they never come back, usually because this physical life has been hard. What I have seen in Life Between Lives sessions is that the decision belongs to your soul rather than to your human personality. Your soul is after growth, and it may get guidance or encouragement from your guides to come back and finish lessons that are still open. So the honest answer is that you do not have to reincarnate, but your soul often chooses to, because it sees something worth coming back for.

Intense, irrational likes and dislikes are very often carryovers from previous lives. An obsession with the Victorian era, a strong aversion to a particular culture, a refusal to watch anything medieval like Game of Thrones, these tend to have a story behind them. Your soul carries cellular memories of where you have lived and how you died. In my experience an obsession usually points to a comforting lifetime where you were happy and fulfilled, while a severe aversion typically marks a past life of real suffering in that region or era, imprisonment, trauma, or a hard death. A regression lets you go back and discover where the feeling comes from.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.
