After less than positive experience with another practitioner I thought that I was unable to regress to a past life, but Mark proved the opposite! I had very productive 5 hours session in Houston with Mark and can confirm that he has amazing skills to put you into the hypnosis state within few minutes and walk you through your childhood memories to your past reincarnations. The session had very therapeutic effect on me. Finally I can connect all the dots. I got the knowledge where the issues are coming from and what needs to be done to resolve them. I felt confident with his credentials at the Michael Newton Institute, and was rewarded with an amazing 6 day training with a very special group of fellow students and new friends. Having trouble entering a past life is rare, and I have several backup plans ready if it happens. If you are blocked or struggling to regress, I set the past life work aside and move the session into another hypnosis process such as Parts Therapy or Gestalt Therapy, and those approaches tend to bring up rich material of their own. I can also use alternative entry techniques like travel in your imagination, the infinite pool or the sphere of possibilities to establish a direct connection with your spirit guides or your Higher Self. Either way you still receive a full, deeply healing session. In my experience the session goes where it needs to go, and a different doorway often turns out to be the right one for you.

Yes. In my experience past lives are not limited to Earth or to human form. I have had clients regress to lifetimes on other planets. One recalled a world with two blue suns in the sky, blue skin and exceptionally long hands and fingers. I have also guided clients through lifetimes as other species, including one who experienced being an S shaped fish with no eyes and no way to speak. In these off planet or non human lifetimes the soul is going through unique experiences designed for accelerated growth before it chooses to incarnate on Earth. If your session takes you somewhere unexpected, let it. Those are often the lifetimes with the most to teach you.

Yes. Once a loved one crosses over, their consciousness stays fully awake and aware of your life, and in my experience they can hear your thoughts. Many of them stay close and step into the role of a spirit guide. During the question and answer portion of a quantum healing session, a spouse, parent or family member who has passed can come forward. They may offer comfort, specific signs to watch for, or direct messages that arrive through your own voice or as an inner knowing. Clients often describe this part of the session as deeply healing, and for many it brings a sense of closure they had been missing.

A stubborn emotional block, a professional anxiety or a relationship pattern in this life often traces back to what hypnotists call an initial sensitizing event, or to a self protective contract your soul made in a past life. I use a technique called regression to cause. It guides you back to the exact moment that block or belief locked into place. Once you examine and understand the original situation, your subconscious gets to see that the old protection has done its job and can be set down. What tends to happen is that the contract releases, the modern block loosens with it, and clients often tell me they finally feel able to move forward with confidence.

After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and perhaps a bit tired. It is common to experience a shift in perspective and a greater sense of clarity about your life.
