I did a Past Life Regression with Mark. I purposely waited a few weeks to allow the good things that happened in my session to integrate and others to come forward. I became a Christian at an early age, so reincarnation was not part of my life. Through my awakening, I knew that a PLR was something that I needed to break free and continue my spiritual journey. I always had a fear of water and never chose to swim. I avoided water or stayed in the very shallow end. Seeing movies or pictures of a person submerged was frightening so I would avoid that as well. Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

A soul retrieval is a process I can weave into any regression when a piece of you seems to have gone missing. Extreme trauma, a near death experience, or the sudden loss of someone deeply loved can cause a fragment of your soul energy to leave or to stay with the person who passed. That is why people often feel empty, incomplete, or unable to find joy years after a devastating loss. It is not a separate session. Within your regression we locate that missing fragment, gently detach it from the deceased, and bring it back into your being. My clients often describe a feeling of wholeness returning, like a part of themselves they had forgotten is finally home.

In my experience your intuition is still there. Your inner voice is simply being drowned out, usually by a very active analytical mind or by unresolved childhood trauma that planted self doubt. In a quantum healing hypnosis session we trace the specific early events or past life contracts behind that block and clear them. I also teach my clients self hypnosis techniques to quiet the logical mind, because a quieter mind is where intuition gets heard. Many people find that once the noise settles, communication with their Higher Self and spirit guides comes back steadily, and they can hear their intuition again and trust what it tells them. Weak is rarely the right word. Buried is closer.

You do not need to deliver eloquent descriptions for this to go well. There is no right or wrong way to experience trance, and once the analytical mind steps aside, words come more easily than you expect. I keep my questions gentle and open, things like what do you notice and tell me more, and I let your impressions come out at their own pace. It is a collaboration rather than a performance. Quiet and anxious clients typically find they feel comfortable within a few minutes and share their journey just fine, and some of the richest sessions I have facilitated came from people who barely said a word in everyday life.

That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds. In my experience, some of them have lived previous lifetimes on other planets or in other dimensions. One client of mine went to a life where both suns in the sky were blue and the beings had blue skin and long fingers. Under hypnosis you can access those off planet memories, or recognize a past life imprint that was placed to help a newer soul adapt to life here. Either way, the feeling of isolation starts to make sense, and many people find it much easier to settle into their earthly mission once they understand where it comes from.
