It is an interactive journey where you can uncover the root causes of current challenges, release old patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of your soul's path. Safe and supported, you allow the answers to come from within.

Many clients have found relief from unexplained physical pain, phobias, and deep-seated fears through regression. Often, these challenges have their roots in a past life experience. By visiting that lifetime, understanding the origin of the issue, and releasing the emotional charge associated with it, profound healing can occur in your current life. Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. The session is recorded so you can revisit it many times.

It is natural to wonder about this. While some past life memories can involve challenging themes, you always experience them from a place of safety and perspective. You are the observer as well as the participant. I am with you throughout the entire session, and we can always adjust the experience if something feels overwhelming.
