It's been a few months since my past life regression session & I have been profoundly touched by the assistance given. Many things that I felt were confirmed. I have used many tools in my grief therapy and this one was such a lamp. I am now preparing for a second session(it is very overwhelming in my opinion and mentally freeing but exhausting at the same time)to continue on my healing journey and I truly consider it an educational investment. It's one of those things that once you have knowledge can't be taken away from you. Highly recommend. I prepared prior to my first session by simple audio meditation so that I would be familiar and comfortable with the process but I really felt like Mark walks you through it all so it's not a necessity.

The session I had was a PLR session and it was phenomenal! I had a few physical changes in my body during the session and the changes are still noticable and present with my body! Yes, in my experience chronic tightness or discomfort in the throat and neck area often connects to an unhealed past life event, something like a neck injury, a hanging or a throat wound. Emotionally, a tight throat can represent a lifetime of held back truth, a deep fear of being wrong or of speaking out. In hypnosis we go to the initial sensitizing event and release the trapped energy. What clients tend to report afterward is that the throat area feels more open and that speaking their truth comes more easily. Standing in your own voice is often the real gift of this work, and it tends to show up in every conversation that follows.

We choose to incarnate on Earth specifically to experience physical density, navigate relational challenges and master vital spiritual lessons like patience, courage or forgiveness. I describe Earth to my clients as a challenging, fast paced school for soul level growth. Your human mind may feel overwhelmed by physical limitations or life struggles, and at the same time your soul intentionally selected this era, this body and this family to resolve unfinished lessons from past lives. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session helps you step out of linear time and connect directly with that original pre birth plan. Many people tell me that seeing the plan changes how they feel about the struggle, because it turns out they signed up for it on purpose.

Intense, irrational likes and dislikes are very often carryovers from previous lives. An obsession with the Victorian era, a strong aversion to a particular culture, a refusal to watch anything medieval like Game of Thrones, these tend to have a story behind them. Your soul carries cellular memories of where you have lived and how you died. In my experience an obsession usually points to a comforting lifetime where you were happy and fulfilled, while a severe aversion typically marks a past life of real suffering in that region or era, imprisonment, trauma, or a hard death. Think of that first regression as training for your mind.
