It's been a few months since my past life regression session & I have been profoundly touched by the assistance given. Many things that I felt were confirmed. I have used many tools in my grief therapy and this one was such a lamp. I am now preparing for a second session(it is very overwhelming in my opinion and mentally freeing but exhausting at the same time)to continue on my healing journey and I truly consider it an educational investment. It's one of those things that once you have knowledge can't be taken away from you. Highly recommend. I prepared prior to my first session by simple audio meditation so that I would be familiar and comfortable with the process but I really felt like Mark walks you through it all so it's not a necessity.

No, sessions are one on one, so spouses, partners and family members do not sit in or watch, even online. Having a partner in the room creates a real distraction. You may find yourself worrying about their reactions, holding back your true feelings or feeling exposed, and the session belongs to you alone. So I ask that you set up somewhere private where you will be undisturbed. The good news is that Zoom records the entire session automatically, so you receive the audio afterward and can share it with your spouse if you choose. Many clients do exactly that, and it becomes a conversation starter rather than something they had to filter in the moment.

Karma is the spiritual law of cause and effect, what goes around comes around. In my framework, karmic debts or unresolved patterns come with you from past lifetimes when your soul did not fully take in a key lesson from an experience. During the past life review near the end of a session, you get to look at those difficult cycles with a wider view. When you consciously identify the lesson your soul was meant to learn, forgiveness or self trust for example, the pattern loses its grip. Clients often tell me that once they see the lesson clearly, they stop repeating the same painful loop in this life. That is what clearing karma looks like in practice, understanding rather than punishment.

You can still have a good session with me. Over twenty years and well over three thousand sessions, I have found that going into hypnosis comes down to how the session is run. I customize every session in real time using my clinical hypnotherapy background, and I have multiple backup inductions ready if the first one does not settle you. I also use interactive dialogue to quiet an overactive mind, since a busy mind is the most common reason people feel they did not go under. Clients who told me they had failed before often tell me afterward that this time it simply happened. Come with an open mind and let me handle the rest.

Yes, and the first shift is in how you ask the question. Difficult relationships with parents or siblings are often designed as vital spiritual catalysts. Asking why they are difficult tends to keep you stuck in a victim pattern, so I coach my clients to rephrase and ask what they need to do to have a better relationship or to learn the underlying soul lesson. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, connecting with your Higher Self reveals the pre birth soul contracts you made with your family. That perspective is what allows you to release resentment, establish healthy emotional boundaries and find deep peace. In my experience the relationship often softens once you understand what the two of you agreed to work on together.

If you carry memories of dying as a soldier, say a Civil War sergeant, you are in familiar territory for me. Clients with spontaneous recall of historic battles often carry residual physical and emotional weight from that death into this life, things like phantom neck or back pain. In hypnosis I use release techniques to separate that battlefield energy from your modern body. Reviewing the event from an observer's perspective helps your subconscious take in that the war is over and that you are safe in your current body today. Many people find the fear and tension they carried eases once that message lands. The memory stays, but its grip loosens.
