It's been a few months since my past life regression session & I have been profoundly touched by the assistance given. Many things that I felt were confirmed. I have used many tools in my grief therapy and this one was such a lamp. I am now preparing for a second session(it is very overwhelming in my opinion and mentally freeing but exhausting at the same time)to continue on my healing journey and I truly consider it an educational investment. It's one of those things that once you have knowledge can't be taken away from you. Highly recommend. I prepared prior to my first session by simple audio meditation so that I would be familiar and comfortable with the process but I really felt like Mark walks you through it all so it's not a necessity.

I've experienced Past Life Regression via hypnosis in the past (both group and individual), but the session I had with Mark was decidedly different. Unlike those previous appointments, Mark set aside plenty of time to talk with me about what I hoped to accomplish and explain the hypnosis process in general. Because of the current shelter-in-place ordinance, we agreed to meet via Zoom. I had my doubts about conducting the session online, but I found that being able to relax in my own home actually enhanced the experience and put me completely at ease. If you're considering Past Life Regression or hypnosis in general, I would highly recommend making an appointment with Mark. His extensive knowledge, caring personality, and years of experience put him head and shoulders above anyone else.

A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. It does include a brief past life experience as a starting point, but the primary focus is on exploring the spirit world, where you have access to the full tapestry of your past lives, your soul group, your spirit guides, and a deeper understanding of your current life purpose. An LBL session is typically longer and works best when you have already experienced a Past Life Regression, as that foundation helps you reach the depth of trance the work requires.

I began studying with Dolores Cannon in 2008 and returned each year for the next four years. As I tell my students, I have taken what I learned and made it my own. This allows me to provide each client with what they need most during their session, rather than following a rigid protocol. The result is a deeply personalized experience that draws on the best of multiple traditions, all conducted online so you can access this work from wherever you are.

No prior belief is required. Many clients come in with an open but skeptical mind, and the experience speaks for itself. Whether you view the imagery as literal past life memories, symbolic representations from your subconscious, or simply a deeply creative inner journey, the insights and healing that emerge are real and meaningful. You are invited to approach it with an open mind rather than a fixed conclusion.

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

Yes, all of my sessions are conducted online via Zoom. This allows you to relax in the comfort and safety of your own home, which many clients find actually deepens the experience. Energy and spiritual connection are not bound by physical distance. You will need a quiet, undisturbed space and a reliable internet connection, and the experience will be just as profound as any in-person session.
