I felt confident with his credentials at the Michael Newton Institute, and was rewarded with an amazing 6 day training with a very special group of fellow students and new friends. A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. It does include a brief past life experience as a starting point, but the primary focus is on exploring the spirit world, where you have access to the full tapestry of your past lives, your soul group, your spirit guides, and a deeper understanding of your current life purpose. An LBL session is typically longer and works best when you have already experienced a Past Life Regression, as that foundation helps you reach the depth of trance the work requires.

After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and perhaps a bit tired. It is common to experience a shift in perspective and a greater sense of clarity about your life. The insights gained during the regression often continue to unfold over the following days and weeks. I always recommend taking some quiet time for reflection after our work together, allowing the profound wisdom of your soul to fully integrate.

Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.

Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. The session is recorded so you can revisit it many times.

Past Life Regression is a gentle, therapeutic process that uses hypnosis to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, you can access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. This is not about simply watching a movie of the past. It is an interactive journey where you can uncover the root causes of current challenges, release old patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of your soul's path. Safe and supported, you allow the answers to come from within.
