I recently had a session with Mark for Past Life Regression and while I am still processing the information I received, I can report that the experience had a profound effect on me. After spending a considerable amount of time educating me on the process and learning about my expectations for the session, Mark was able to take me into an incredibly relaxed hypnotic state very quickly and with ease. After recalling pleasant childhood memories from this lifetime, we visited two of past lives where I was able to gain insight into the possible influences from those lifetimes that have impacted my current lifetime. In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.

Yes, all of my sessions are conducted online via Zoom. This allows you to relax in the comfort and safety of your own home, which many clients find actually deepens the experience. Energy and spiritual connection are not bound by physical distance. You will need a quiet, undisturbed space and a reliable internet connection, and the experience will be just as profound as any in-person session.

It is natural to wonder about this. While some past life memories can involve challenging themes, you always experience them from a place of safety and perspective. You are the observer as well as the participant. I am with you throughout the entire session, and we can always adjust the experience if something feels overwhelming.
