I did a Past Life Regression with Mark. I purposely waited a few weeks to allow the good things that happened in my session to integrate and others to come forward. I became a Christian at an early age, so reincarnation was not part of my life. Through my awakening, I knew that a PLR was something that I needed to break free and continue my spiritual journey. I always had a fear of water and never chose to swim. I avoided water or stayed in the very shallow end. Seeing movies or pictures of a person submerged was frightening so I would avoid that as well. During my PLR, Mark helped me to go back in my past life where I had drowned. It was not the only time that I had drown in a past life, but it was the first instance. Mark helped me walk through processing the whole event from the past life and into my current life. I have had such a remarkable change in the underlying element of fear that had always been close to the surface. Mark truly has a gift! I wasn't sure what to expect but before we even got started he explained everything. We talked and built a trust that he was the right person to guide me. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I went in for a past life and my soul came forward and wanted to be heard. There were questions I had and areas that I needed clarity and honestly I needed the experience. I needed to know that it's not all in my head and there is so much more to learn! As a fellow therapist and teacher I am impressed by Mark's ability to create a session, listen and hold the space and guide with patience and innovation.. His voice is wonderful, his creative and individual induction and guidance throughout the session and after were impressive and have taught me about other ways of being a wonderful therapist. His ability and patience to listen and help formulate a focus and understanding of what I was looking for. Sometimes we need the patience of a great therapist to arrive to a clarity for often when we are feeling challenged by life we may not have such a clear awareness. For us to learn what we are seeking, understand what we need and receive from a session a clear sense of what our next steps can be is a great gift. The past life regression was not exactly what I expected but I must say that it's made a difference in giving me the peace I've desired for most of my adult life. This experience was very impactful in allowing me to understand that my life experience and perception is all within me. It was never external... but rather internal. =) Overall, I would recommend this experience at least once for those who seek answers.
