His voice is wonderful, his creative and individual induction and guidance throughout the session and after were impressive and have taught me about other ways of being a wonderful therapist. I recently had a session with Mark for Past Life Regression and while I am still processing the information I received, I can report that the experience had a profound effect on me. After spending a considerable amount of time educating me on the process and learning about my expectations for the session, Mark was able to take me into an incredibly relaxed hypnotic state very quickly and with ease. After recalling pleasant childhood memories from this lifetime, we visited two of past lives where I was able to gain insight into the possible influences from those lifetimes that have impacted my current lifetime. Mark also helped me identify my guides and connect specifically with one guide that I am now able to comfortably connect with anytime. During the session, Mark helped me release recurring feelings of guilt and shame that I believe carried over from a past life, as well as emotions that may be the root cause of recurring physical pain from migraines. Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. The session is recorded so you can revisit it many times.

In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.

Many people are surprised when they realize how natural hypnosis feels. It is a state we enter naturally every day, such as when we are daydreaming or just before falling asleep. My role is simply to guide you into that relaxed state. As long as you have a genuine desire to experience the session and are willing to follow my voice, you can be guided into the appropriate level of trance for this deep inner work.

A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. It does include a brief past life experience as a starting point, but the primary focus is on exploring the spirit world, where you have access to the full tapestry of your past lives, your soul group, your spirit guides, and a deeper understanding of your current life purpose. An LBL session is typically longer and works best when you have already experienced a Past Life Regression, as that foundation helps you reach the depth of trance the work requires.

I began studying with Dolores Cannon in 2008 and returned each year for the next four years. As I tell my students, I have taken what I learned and made it my own. This allows me to provide each client with what they need most during their session, rather than following a rigid protocol. The result is a deeply personalized experience that draws on the best of multiple traditions, all conducted online so you can access this work from wherever you are.
