This was my first experience with hypnosis and past life regression; I wasn't sure what to expect but I had hope that this would help me understand who I am and some of the events that have occurred in my 62 years of living. Mark spent a lot of time laying the groundwork and preparing me for a very relaxing experience. The time went by so fast, before I knew it 4 hours which seemed like 2 had passed by and I kept thinking I want it to continue. Mark first had me relax and brought me to happy childhood memories, then we went back to my mother's womb. It was vague for me, yet I felt a strong feeling of love and bonding from my mother. In the past life I could recall and sense feelings, smells, even had a sense of taste in the moment. After the experience I was even more curious and started to realize things that I wasn't aware of during the session. Mark is very good at what he does and will make sure to give you his time and energy to help you through your journey and to help you understand your questions. An earthbound soul is a human spirit that left its physical body at death but did not cross over into the light, staying stuck on Earth because of confusion, fear or lingering attachments. These spirits can attach to the living as energetic nuisances. A dark force entity, or DF, is different. It is a non human, negative energy that has never lived in a physical body. I use clinical Spirit Releasement Therapy for both, calling on the Archangels to clear them safely. My clients often ask which one they are dealing with, and the pendulum and muscle testing help me verify exactly what is present before we begin the release, so the work is precise rather than guesswork.

No, sessions are one on one, so spouses, partners and family members do not sit in or watch, even online. Having a partner in the room creates a real distraction. You may find yourself worrying about their reactions, holding back your true feelings or feeling exposed, and the session belongs to you alone. So I ask that you set up somewhere private where you will be undisturbed. The good news is that Zoom records the entire session automatically, so you receive the audio afterward and can share it with your spouse if you choose. Many clients do exactly that, and it becomes a conversation starter rather than something they had to filter in the moment.

That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds. In my experience, some of them have lived previous lifetimes on other planets or in other dimensions. One client of mine went to a life where both suns in the sky were blue and the beings had blue skin and long fingers. Under hypnosis you can access those off planet memories, or recognize a past life imprint that was placed to help a newer soul adapt to life here. Either way, the feeling of isolation starts to make sense, and many people find it much easier to settle into their earthly mission once they understand where it comes from.

You can still have a good session with me. Over twenty years and well over three thousand sessions, I have found that going into hypnosis comes down to how the session is run. I customize every session in real time using my clinical hypnotherapy background, and I have multiple backup inductions ready if the first one does not settle you. I also use interactive dialogue to quiet an overactive mind, since a busy mind is the most common reason people feel they did not go under. Clients who told me they had failed before often tell me afterward that this time it simply happened. Come with an open mind and let me handle the rest.

Yes. Once a loved one crosses over, their consciousness stays fully awake and aware of your life, and in my experience they can hear your thoughts. Many of them stay close and step into the role of a spirit guide. During the question and answer portion of a quantum healing session, a spouse, parent or family member who has passed can come forward. They may offer comfort, specific signs to watch for, or direct messages that arrive through your own voice or as an inner knowing. Clients often describe this part of the session as deeply healing, and for many it brings a sense of closure they had been missing.
