Yes, in my experience chronic tightness or discomfort in the throat and neck area often connects to an unhealed past life event, something like a neck injury, a hanging or a throat wound. Emotionally, a tight throat can represent a lifetime of held back truth, a deep fear of being wrong or of speaking out. In hypnosis we go to the initial sensitizing event and release the trapped energy. What clients tend to report afterward is that the throat area feels more open and that speaking their truth comes more easily. Standing in your own voice is often the real gift of this work, and it tends to show up in every conversation that follows.

Your soul is a large, advanced energy field, and the human body can only hold a small part of that intensity. So when you are in the womb, typically somewhere between three and six months of pregnancy, only a small percentage of your soul's energy connects with the developing body to form your human personality. A Past Life Regression typically takes three to three and a half hours and Quantum Healing Hypnosis four to five, but I block off more than that on my calendar, four hours for PLR and six for QHHT, so there is room. If you are in the middle of a breakthrough or a past life review when the typical time is up, I stay with you until the process is safely and fully finished. Your spirit guides are loving, non physical beings who watch over you and help you from the spirit world. When a guide or a whole spirit team steps forward during a past life regression or quantum healing hypnosis session, one of the first things I ask is for a specific name, because a name gives you a clearer connection to hold onto. Sometimes a guide offers a simple nickname to get started, and sometimes they confirm they are happy with whatever name you already use for them in meditation. Either way, you leave the session with a recognizable relationship you can keep building. That makes it much easier to reach out to them on your own in the self hypnosis exercises you take home.

I feel that I connect with my own guides, as well as others in spirit, during sessions, and one way I do that is through my pendulum and sometimes muscle testing.
