Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.

Many clients are surprised to find that online sessions are just as deep and effective as in-person work. There are actually three reasons for this. First, early in the session I will ask you to close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. Once your eyes are closed, it does not matter whether we are in the same room or connected from across the country. Second, the benefits of the experience do not happen in the room. They occur in your mind, and your mind is always with you. Third, and perhaps most interesting, the changes you are seeking are part of your everyday life. When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home. Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. Both hypnosis and meditation involve a relaxed, focused state of awareness, but they serve different purposes. Meditation is generally a practice of quieting the mind and cultivating present-moment awareness. Hypnosis is a guided process with a specific therapeutic or exploratory goal. In a regression session, I use hypnosis to guide you to a particular destination, whether that is a past life, the space between lives, or the root cause of a current challenge.

Many clients have found relief from unexplained physical pain, phobias, and deep-seated fears through regression. Often, these challenges have their roots in a past life experience. By visiting that lifetime, understanding the origin of the issue, and releasing the emotional charge associated with it, profound healing can occur in your current life. It is a beautiful process of letting go of what no longer serves you.

Word of mouth and personal referrals are always a good starting point. Beyond that, look for a practitioner with formal training in both spiritual hypnosis and hypnotherapy. This distinction matters more than many people realize. Many practitioners who offer QHHT or Past Life Regression have little to no foundational training in hypnosis itself, which limits their ability to guide you into the depth of trance this work requires.
