Yes, it is a common discovery in hypnosis. In my framework souls often reincarnate within the same family line to keep working on shared lessons or to resolve old karma together. During a past life regression you might find that you were your own great grandparent, an uncle or an aunt a few generations back. Clients often tell me that this brings real clarity to recurring family dynamics. It also explains the strong familiarity some people feel with certain ancestral homes, heirlooms or relatives, a sense of already knowing a place or a person that they could never account for. The family you were born into may be one you have been part of for a very long time.

Yes. In my experience, long standing tight spots, discomfort or throat chakra blocks are frequently carryovers of past life injuries such as strangulation, throat wounds or hangings. Your modern body holds onto that trauma as a phantom physical trigger. Under hypnosis I use release techniques to locate and examine the death scene or the injury from a safe, detached observer perspective, so you see it without reliving it. Realizing the trauma belongs exclusively to a past life lets the body set the physical trigger down. Clients often tell me the tightness eases during the review itself, and that they finally have an explanation for something no one had been able to account for.

You can, and I generally suggest spacing them out. Doing a Past Life Regression, QHHT and Life Between Lives inside a short window is something I call the Grand Slam, and it is possible. But these are deep sessions with intense emotional and energetic work in them, and in my experience it is best to allow several weeks, or even a quarter, between one and the next. That space gives your mind and body time to process, digest and integrate what came through into your daily life before you go into another deep trance. My clients who leave room between sessions typically find each one lands more fully than it would if they were stacked back to back.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try.
