Nausea or vomiting during a childhood, womb or past life regression is rare, and when it happens it is a physical release of trapped emotional trauma. One woman I worked with did her online session in her SUV in her driveway and threw up fifteen to twenty times during the session. She insisted on continuing, so I helped her move safely through the memories. Her body was purging a deep past life trauma of being physically restrained, and by the end she described feeling relieved and lighter. Having trouble entering a past life is rare, and I have several backup plans ready if it happens. Many of my clients tell me they sleep better after a session, and it comes from something I teach at the very end. Right before I bring you out of trance, I teach you self hypnosis and set a post hypnotic trigger. I guide you to anchor a deeply relaxed, quiet state of mind that you can call up at bedtime, with the suggestion that when you close your eyes and use the technique you drift off and rest through the night. When clients pose it to their Higher Self or guides during the question and answer segment, the guidance typically directs them to look back from the end of their physical lifetime and evaluate their soul level progress. Seen from there, the most significant achievements are typically revealed to be your spiritual growth, learning to practice unconditional self love and the deep, loving connections you shared with others. Yes, and the first shift is in how you ask the question. Difficult relationships with parents or siblings are often designed as vital spiritual catalysts. Asking why they are difficult tends to keep you stuck in a victim pattern, so I coach my clients to rephrase and ask what they need to do to have a better relationship or to learn the underlying soul lesson. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, connecting with your Higher Self reveals the pre birth soul contracts you made with your family. That perspective is what allows you to release resentment, establish healthy emotional boundaries and find deep peace.
