Yes. In my experience past lives are not limited to Earth or to human form. I have had clients regress to lifetimes on other planets. One recalled a world with two blue suns in the sky, blue skin and exceptionally long hands and fingers. I have also guided clients through lifetimes as other species, including one who experienced being an S shaped fish with no eyes and no way to speak. In these off planet or non human lifetimes the soul is going through unique experiences designed for accelerated growth before it chooses to incarnate on Earth. Yes, I teach professional hypnotherapy and regression certification classes online through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, and I have had students from all over the world. The course is a minimum of 220 hours. Half of that, 110 hours, is live interactive classroom time over Zoom, delivered in intensive four day modules of eight hours a day, Thursday through Sunday, typically every other week, with a follow up module after the main training. The other 110 hours is self directed study, which includes reading, watching educational videos, writing scripts, and a clinical requirement to hypnotize at least five people outside of class so your confidence is built on real experience before you finish.

Yes. In my experience, long standing tight spots, discomfort or throat chakra blocks are frequently carryovers of past life injuries such as strangulation, throat wounds or hangings. Your modern body holds onto that trauma as a phantom physical trigger. Under hypnosis I use release techniques to locate and examine the death scene or the injury from a safe, detached observer perspective, so you see it without reliving it. Realizing the trauma belongs exclusively to a past life lets the body set the physical trigger down. Clients often tell me the tightness eases during the review itself, and that they finally have an explanation for something no one had been able to account for.
