That is a question for your higher self in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session. Some clients are told they will meet someone, and some are told they are flying solo this time, so I would not rule out a direct answer. If your soul chose a period of solitude in this life, knowing that changes how the solitude feels. You can also ask your guides what is blocking you from partnering successfully, because clearing those old barriers is where the real movement happens. My clients often find that once the block is gone they feel far more comfortable welcoming a loving connection.

Some people worry that being hypnotized leaves you open for something negative to come in, and that is a religious view of hypnosis in general, that when you are hypnotized evil spirits can move in and become a part of you. Here is my experience. I have never had that happen in a session. That is not what happens, and I do not know of anybody who has ever seen it. What I have had is people who bring something like that in with them, and if I discover it, and usually I do, I can help them release it. You are not going to leave with something you did not bring in, and you are not going to pick something up as a result of the session. I also wrap you in protective light at the start, your own light from your heart, and your guides are not going to let you go to something you cannot handle.

In my experience long standing physical discomfort in your current body may very well be tied to unhealed past life trauma or intense unresolved emotion that started in a past life or in the current life. The details are not the important part. Discovering the emotion is. Sometimes it comes up on its own during the past life experience, and sometimes I use regression to cause, which takes you back to the initial sensitizing event, the moment that emotion first locked in. Regression to cause works in a hypnosis session as well, and in past life work it can take you straight to the lifetime where the emotion began. Once the emotion is discovered and released, clients often tell me they feel a physical lightness that matches the emotional relief. The body has been carrying what the soul went through, and this work gives it permission to let go.

Your spirit guides are loving, non physical beings who watch over you and help you from the spirit world. When a guide or a whole spirit team steps forward during a past life regression or quantum healing hypnosis session, one of the first things I ask is for a specific name, because a name gives you a clearer connection to hold onto. Sometimes a guide offers a simple nickname to get started, and sometimes they confirm they are happy with whatever name you already use for them in meditation. Either way, you leave the session with a recognizable relationship you can keep building. That makes it much easier to reach out to them on your own in the self hypnosis exercises you take home.

Wanting reassurance that you are on the right path is one of the most common reasons people book a session with me. In my experience, the setbacks, the confusion and the stretches of feeling lost are often part of the plan your soul made before you were born, placed there to teach you specific lessons. They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll.
