How many sessions will I need?

Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

What if I see something upsetting during the session?

It is natural to wonder about this. While some past life memories can involve challenging themes, you always experience them from a place of safety and perspective. You are the observer as well as the participant. I am with you throughout the entire session, and we can always adjust the experience if something feels overwhelming. Most clients find that even difficult memories bring a profound sense of release and understanding rather than distress.

Can regression help with physical pain or phobias?

Many clients have found relief from unexplained physical pain, phobias, and deep-seated fears through regression. Often, these challenges have their roots in a past life experience.
