How many sessions will I need?

Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

Can hypnosis help me quit vaping or smoking?

Yes. I work with nicotine and behavioral habits regularly. In my experience the physical part of a nicotine habit passes within three to five days. The real hold is the program between your ears, the one that links the habit to specific anchors, like reaching for a vape the moment the phone rings. Hypnosis lets us step past the conscious mind and find the emotional trigger, or sometimes a past life contract, that has you reaching for it in the first place. When that original emotional seed is cleared, the craving tends to lose its grip, and I replace the old anchors with healthy ones before we finish. Many of my clients are surprised at how little effort it takes once the trigger is gone.

How do I write my questions for QHHT?

Keep your list to one page, a page and a half at most, and group the questions by category such as physical health, relationships and life purpose. The most important thing is how you phrase them. Ask How and What questions rather than Why questions. What do I need to do to improve my career gets a practical, actionable answer from your Higher Self, while why is my career stuck tends to bring back the same theme over and over. Focusing your questions on action and resolution is what draws out the deep, useful answers my clients come away with. They are examples only, and your list should be about you and your situation.

How do I connect with my Higher Self in a session?

Connecting with your Higher Self is part of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, and it is one of the most natural parts of the work, typically from your very first one. To prepare, you write a list of the personal questions that matter most to you. Once you are in a deep hypnotic state, the Theta brainwave frequency, your logical, analytical thoughts step aside. Then I speak directly to your Higher Self and ask it to answer through your voice, or to deliver sudden, clear knowings. Clients often say something like "this just popped in my head," and that is exactly it. What you end up with is an open line of communication and clear spiritual guidance on the questions you brought. What exactly does the Michael Newton Institute require to apply for LBL training?

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.

Can a session reveal talents I have not used?

Yes. Positive talents and abilities from past lives, things like writing, teaching, music or healing, are carried forward in your soul's cellular memory. One client of mine had always been drawn to flying, and on his very first lesson he could handle the plane by instinct, because he had been a pilot in a previous life. When we access those lifetimes in trance, I ask your subconscious mind to bring those positive talents forward with you. What tends to happen is that abilities you have barely touched become easier to learn and to amplify, and clients often find themselves using them in their careers or creative work in ways they had not expected.
