Yes, a payment plan can be arranged. You do not have to pay the whole session fee up front. You can hold your date with a $100 deposit and pay the remaining balance before your session begins. If you would like to spread the cost out further, there are options that let you split the fee into installments over several weeks. The discovery call is the easiest place to talk through which arrangement fits you, and I am glad to walk you through it there.

You do not have to relive a painful memory to heal from it. If a distressing scene comes up under hypnosis, I have you step out of that body right away and watch as an objective observer. It is a lot like watching a movie on a screen. From that safe, detached distance you can pick up the soul lesson the scene is holding and release the energy that was stuck there, without going through the pain again. You stay aware the whole time, you can speak to me at any point, and you are in the driver's seat. Clients often tell me the scene they were most afraid of turned out to be the one that helped them most.

Yes, I teach professional hypnotherapy and regression certification classes online through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, and I have had students from all over the world. The course is a minimum of 220 hours. Half of that, 110 hours, is live interactive classroom time over Zoom, delivered in intensive four day modules of eight hours a day, Thursday through Sunday, typically every other week, with a follow up module after the main training. The other 110 hours is self directed study, which includes reading, watching educational videos, writing scripts, and a clinical requirement to hypnotize at least five people outside of class so your confidence is built on real experience before you finish.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your guides directly about your intuition, and better access to it is one of the commonly asked questions my clients bring. So at the end of your session I teach you self hypnosis techniques you can use at home. You learn to settle into a relaxed state, go to a special place we set up during the session, and connect there with your guidance. Many of my clients find that with a little practice they start to communicate and receive clear signs on their own, and they come to recognize the intuitive talents they already had.

Forgiveness in this work means taking your own power back, and it has nothing to do with saying what someone did was acceptable. Refusing to forgive is like drinking a glass of poison and waiting for the other person to die. It only harms you. Forgiveness of self can create powerful healing as well. Forgiving another person, or yourself, while you are in a deep hypnotic state is a different experience from trying to do it with your everyday mind, because the analytical mind is out of the way. What my clients typically report is that trapped emotions like anger and hate finally have somewhere to go, and what replaces them feels like peace and compassion. In my experience that release is one of the most healing things that happens in a session.
