A past life contract, vow or promise is an absolute decision your soul makes during a difficult lifetime, often using powerful words like always or never. If you do not specify for the rest of this life when you make the vow, the promise bridges across lifetimes on a soul level. For example, a soul devastated by losing a partner might vow, I will never get close to anyone ever again. That contract carries over, and you may find yourself unconsciously sabotaging relationships in your current life without knowing why. During the past life review at the end of a session we identify the contract, look at it with fresh eyes and cancel it. My clients often recognize the vow the moment they hear themselves say it.

Most people have already read Journey of Souls, and often Destiny of Souls too, before they ever reach out to me. That is usually why they want to do the session in the first place, because reading the book provides encouragement to want to experience this world. I do not think it has an impact on the experience itself. Just recently I talked with someone who had read it and was blown away by it. So I cannot give you a cut and dry answer, do it or do not do it, because it is up to the individual. Here is what I would say. If you have not read it and you are concerned that it might give you expectations, then just do not read it. The session does not need the book. And if you have already read it, like most of my clients, you are in good company.

No, belief is not a requirement. You can come in seeing reincarnation as real, or seeing the whole thing as symbolic metaphor and stories your own mind creates, and the session still delivers insight either way. Your subconscious uses those narratives to bring up deep emotional understanding and loosen long standing blocks. What matters is an open mind and a willingness to let the impressions flow, whatever form they take. Skeptics are welcome. Curiosity is plenty to start with, and in my experience the people who arrive unsure are often surprised by how much comes through once they relax and let it happen.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try. We come to Earth to experience specific challenges and learn crucial soul lessons, and before you incarnate you make pre birth agreements with other members of your soul group to help you grow. If you need to learn a difficult lesson like forgiveness, you might recruit a close, loving soul friend to play a negative role in your life, being mean to you or acting as an antagonist. Who would agree to that? Only someone who loves you very much. Recognizing these pre birth soul contracts in a session helps you shift your perspective. My clients often find they can release anger and view their difficult relationships with deep love and compassion once they discover the agreement underneath.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your guides directly about your intuition, and better access to it is one of the commonly asked questions my clients bring. So at the end of your session I teach you self hypnosis techniques you can use at home. You learn to settle into a relaxed state, go to a special place we set up during the session, and connect there with your guidance. Many of my clients find that with a little practice they start to communicate and receive clear signs on their own, and they come to recognize the intuitive talents they already had.
