Karma is the spiritual law of cause and effect. Positive actions attract positive circumstances, and when a soul fails to fully understand a key lesson, the unfinished business carries over as a karmic debt. During the past life review at the end of a session you can examine these difficult cycles directly. Once you identify the specific lesson your soul was meant to learn, such as forgiveness or self trust, from a past life contract, you can actively cancel or rewrite that ancient agreement. What tends to happen is that the unhealed karmic debt clears, and my clients often report that the repetitive relationship or personal pattern loses its hold on them afterward.

We choose to incarnate on Earth specifically to experience physical density, navigate relational challenges and master vital spiritual lessons like patience, courage or forgiveness. I describe Earth to my clients as a challenging, fast paced school for soul level growth. Your human mind may feel overwhelmed by physical limitations or life struggles, and at the same time your soul intentionally selected this era, this body and this family to resolve unfinished lessons from past lives. Past Life Regression is a gentle, therapeutic process that uses hypnosis to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, you can access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. This is not about simply watching a movie of the past. It is an interactive journey where you can uncover the root causes of current challenges, release old patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of your soul's path. Safe and supported, you allow the answers to come from within.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.

Forgiveness in this work means taking your own power back, and it has nothing to do with saying what someone did was acceptable. Refusing to forgive is like drinking a glass of poison and waiting for the other person to die. It only harms you. Forgiveness of self can create powerful healing as well. Forgiving another person, or yourself, while you are in a deep hypnotic state is a different experience from trying to do it with your everyday mind, because the analytical mind is out of the way. What my clients typically report is that trapped emotions like anger and hate finally have somewhere to go, and what replaces them feels like peace and compassion. In my experience that release is one of the most healing things that happens in a session.

That lifelong feeling of not fitting in, or of longing for a different family, is common among spiritually sensitive people and those who think of themselves as Starseeds. In hypnosis, my clients often find they carry memories of past lives in advanced or off planet civilizations where the community lived in harmony. After that, Earth's heavy, competitive density can feel shocking and foreign. Revisiting those memories from a safe place validates the homesickness you have felt for so long. Many people find that once they understand where it comes from, they can release the grief of leaving home and settle more comfortably into their purpose here.
