Psychedelic plants such as mushrooms, psilocybin or ayahuasca are used by some people in other settings, and for a regression session they are unnecessary and I discourage them. Hypnosis on its own reaches the deep Theta brainwave state, and coming in clear gives you an authentic, stable state of focused relaxation. I have had clients who insisted on using plant medicine during a session, and as the substance wore off they became exhausted, struggled to focus or wanted to stop early. A sober session also means you can integrate what you learn afterward with a clear head. Everything you are looking for is available to you through hypnosis alone.

Yes, I can accommodate an earlier start. My scheduling software only offers appointments at 10 AM or later, and I know that does not fit everyone, especially if you have childcare constraints or an early afternoon pickup. To secure an earlier start, book the earliest available 10 AM slot on the calendar and then send me a follow up email or text asking for 9 AM. I can manually override the restriction on my end and move the session to a 9 AM start. That gives you time to complete a four to five hour quantum healing hypnosis session before your afternoon responsibilities. Just let me know what you need and we will make it fit.

Yes. We review the past life together right after you cross over at the end of that lifetime, and that is where we address anything physical or emotional that is still lingering. Then the session closes with a debriefing talk where you and I go over what you experienced. Because these sessions run long, Zoom records the whole thing automatically and I send you an audio copy afterward. That recording matters more than people expect. Details slip away in the days after a session, and hearing your own voice describe what you saw brings them right back. I recommend listening to it more than once with a notebook beside you so the insights have a chance to settle in.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll.
