What are the signs you lived a past life?

What people usually notice is a pattern that has no explanation in this life. A fear of water or heights with no event behind it. A relationship that feels like it started long before you met. A strong pull toward a place or an era you have never visited, or a strong dislike of one. A talent that came so easily you have to wonder where it came from. Chronic tightness somewhere in the body that no one has been able to account for. I am not going to hand you a list and tell you what your signs mean, because I don't tell you anything, I ask you things. What tends to happen in a session is you start connecting dots and realize some of what is going on with you now is a memory, but instead of a memory from this life, it is a memory from another life. And you can let go of those connections.

Can I use psychedelics before my session?

No, please come to your session sober. Psychedelic plants such as mushrooms, psilocybin or ayahuasca are used by some people in other settings, and for a regression session they are unnecessary and I discourage them. Hypnosis on its own reaches the deep Theta brainwave state, and coming in clear gives you an authentic, stable state of focused relaxation. I have had clients who insisted on using plant medicine during a session, and as the substance wore off they became exhausted, struggled to focus or wanted to stop early. A sober session also means you can integrate what you learn afterward with a clear head. Everything you are looking for is available to you through hypnosis alone.

Can my session start earlier than 10 AM?

Yes, I can accommodate an earlier start. My scheduling software only offers appointments at 10 AM or later, and I know that does not fit everyone, especially if you have childcare constraints or an early afternoon pickup. To secure an earlier start, book the earliest available 10 AM slot on the calendar and then send me a follow up email or text asking for 9 AM. I can manually override the restriction on my end and move the session to a 9 AM start. That gives you time to complete a four to five hour quantum healing hypnosis session before your afternoon responsibilities. Just let me know what you need and we will make it fit.

Do you review what came up after the session?

Yes. We review the past life together right after you cross over at the end of that lifetime, and that is where we address anything physical or emotional that is still lingering. Then the session closes with a debriefing talk where you and I go over what you experienced. Because these sessions run long, Zoom records the whole thing automatically and I send you an audio copy afterward. That recording matters more than people expect. Details slip away in the days after a session, and hearing your own voice describe what you saw brings them right back. I recommend listening to it more than once with a notebook beside you so the insights have a chance to settle in.

Why do I feel like I am not from here?

That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging is something I hear from spiritually sensitive people, and I am careful not to hand you an explanation before your session. I would rather you discover where the feeling comes from than have me paint a picture in advance, because whatever you find needs to be yours. What I can say is that people who bring this feeling to a session tend to find something that makes sense of it, and once they do, the isolation starts to ease. Bring it with you as one of your questions, and we will let your own experience answer it.

What exactly does the Michael Newton Institute require to apply for LBL training?

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.
