How do I prepare for a Past Life Regression session?

The most important preparation is setting a clear intention. Take some time before your session to reflect on what you are hoping to explore or understand. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.
