Yes, a restroom break is easy to manage, even in a four to five hour Quantum Healing Hypnosis session. If you need one, I guide you up just enough out of trance to take care of business, and when you come back I take you right back down as deep as you were before. Nothing is lost. I am also watching how you are doing physically throughout the session, and if it looks like you could use a break I will ask before you have to bring it up.
