A soul retrieval is a process I can weave into any regression when a piece of you seems to have gone missing. Extreme trauma, a near death experience, or the sudden loss of someone deeply loved can cause a fragment of your soul energy to leave or to stay with the person who passed. Laptops, tablets and phones all have built in microphones, but they sit too far from your face to pick up soft speech. When you go into a deep hypnotic state your vocal cords relax, and you naturally speak very softly or even whisper. A close microphone means I can hear you clearly and guide you in real time, and it means your voice is captured loudly and clearly on the recording you receive afterward.

Your Higher Self is the part of your own soul that stays in spirit, the non physical side of you, and it holds a broad view of all your lifetimes. Spirit guides are separate beings, more like spiritual friends, ancestors or guardian angels, who arrange circumstances to help you along on Earth. The two cooperate to help you navigate your life. In my sessions, some clients feel a stronger connection to their guides while others find it easier to communicate with their Higher Self, and both are normal. I help you find and strengthen whichever pathway opens most easily for you, and in time many people find they can work with both. That connection happens in the Quantum Healing Hypnosis and Life Between Lives sessions, and it can also include your soul group and loved ones in spirit.

You do not need to deliver eloquent descriptions for this to go well. There is no right or wrong way to experience trance, and once the analytical mind steps aside, words come more easily than you expect. I keep my questions gentle and open, things like what do you notice and tell me more, and I let your impressions come out at their own pace. It is a collaboration rather than a performance. Difficult family relationships often go back to a plan your soul made before you were born. Our souls arrange family connections ahead of time, and they often set up challenging scenarios on purpose so we can learn something crucial like forgiveness, boundaries or self worth. A soul that needs to learn forgiveness, for example, may ask a close member of its own soul group to play the antagonist or the mean one in this life. That is a big favor to ask, and it is usually done out of love.
