I've experienced Past Life Regression via hypnosis in the past (both group and individual), but the session I had with Mark was decidedly different. Unlike those previous appointments, Mark set aside plenty of time to talk with me about what I hoped to accomplish and explain the hypnosis process in general. Because of the current shelter-in-place ordinance, we agreed to meet via Zoom. I had my doubts about conducting the session online, but I found that being able to relax in my own home actually enhanced the experience and put me completely at ease.
