I've experienced Past Life Regression via hypnosis in the past (both group and individual), but the session I had with Mark was decidedly different. Unlike those previous appointments, Mark set aside plenty of time to talk with me about what I hoped to accomplish and explain the hypnosis process in general. Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.
