Life Between Lives goes to the deepest level of soul memory, so a Past Life Regression or QHHT session comes first to build the depth to reach it. An LBL session focuses on the spiritual realm itself, what your soul experiences after a death and before the next incarnation, including your soul group and the Council of Elders. Those memories are exceptionally deep and complex. A first session in either Past Life Regression or Quantum Healing Hypnosis trains your mind to go to that hypnotic depth comfortably and to translate subconscious impressions into words, so when you come back for LBL you already know how it feels and the experience can be full and meaningful. Regression to Cause is a foundational hypnotherapy technique for finding the very first sensitizing event behind a current block, fear or unwanted habit, and it does not have to be a past life. Very often the root sits in childhood, in the womb, or earlier in adult life. Rather than steering you toward a past life explanation, the process builds a bridge backward in time and follows the feeling to wherever it actually began. Once we are standing at the origin, we can do the work of resolving it there. In my experience, finding the true source is what makes the release hold, because you are addressing the event itself rather than the symptoms it left behind.

You need a computer, a solid internet connection, a webcam and a headset. A laptop or desktop is much better than a tablet or phone, and it needs to be plugged directly into power so nothing shuts off in the middle of a four to five hour session. High speed internet keeps the connection steady. Position your webcam so I can see your face and upper torso, because I watch your breathing throughout the session. The most important piece is a headset, headphones or earbuds with a microphone close to your mouth. Your voice gets soft and relaxed in trance, and that close microphone is what lets me hear you clearly and record the session for you.

Reincarnation is a voluntary choice, and your soul is the one making it. I hear from people who want to be sure they never come back, usually because this physical life has been hard. What I have seen in sessions is that the decision belongs to your soul rather than to your human personality. Your soul is after growth, and it may get guidance or encouragement from your guides to come back and finish lessons that are still open. So the honest answer is that you do not have to reincarnate, but your soul often chooses to, because it sees something worth coming back for.
