This distinction matters more than many people realize. Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully.
