In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.

Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. When we work together online, you are making those changes in the very environment where you want to notice them, in the comfort of your own home.
