Not at all. All of my sessions are conducted online, so you can experience a powerful Past Life Regression without leaving Sandy. I have worked with clients all over Utah and across the globe. The spiritual connection and deep inner work are not limited by physical distance. We connect via a secure video link, allowing you to relax completely in your own familiar space.

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts.
