It's been a few months since my past life regression session & I have been profoundly touched by the assistance given. Many things that I felt were confirmed. I have used many tools in my grief therapy and this one was such a lamp. I am now preparing for a second session(it is very overwhelming in my opinion and mentally freeing but exhausting at the same time)to continue on my healing journey and I truly consider it an educational investment. It's one of those things that once you have knowledge can't be taken away from you. Highly recommend. I prepared prior to my first session by simple audio meditation so that I would be familiar and comfortable with the process but I really felt like Mark walks you through it all so it's not a necessity.

Mark is a pleasure to work with. From my first communication, he responded promptly, provided clear instructions and exercises to prepare for the session. He made time to get a sense of who I was and the results I desired from the online hypnosis session. One can observe him drawing on deep knowledge of hypnosis, general wellness information, and a sensitivity to the individual throughout the whole experience. He followed the session up with thoughtful/helpful emails and provided access to a recording of our session. I wasn't sure I believed in past lives - but having trained and practiced in the medical field for two decades, I was certain this was beyond traditional medicine's current scope... As a fellow therapist and teacher I am impressed by Mark's ability to create a session, listen and hold the space and guide with patience and innovation.. His voice is wonderful, his creative and individual induction and guidance throughout the session and after were impressive and have taught me about other ways of being a wonderful therapist. His ability and patience to listen and help formulate a focus and understanding of what I was looking for. Sometimes we need the patience of a great therapist to arrive to a clarity for often when we are feeling challenged by life we may not have such a clear awareness. For us to learn what we are seeking, understand what we need and receive from a session a clear sense of what our next steps can be is a great gift.
