Past Life Regression is a gentle, therapeutic process that uses hypnosis to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, you can access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. The session is recorded so you can revisit it many times.

It is natural to wonder about this. While some past life memories can involve challenging themes, you always experience them from a place of safety and perspective. You are the observer as well as the participant. I am with you throughout the entire session, and we can always adjust the experience if something feels overwhelming. Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.
