Of course you can. Quite often my clients mention my therapist this, my therapist that. Any kind of hypnotherapy, I consider it to be complementary, and I choose that word deliberately. Alternative would mean you do not need your talk therapy, and that is not what I am saying. This can add another dimension to what you are already doing. You can bring the idea up with your therapist, and some therapists are really open to this work. I teach therapists how to do hypnosis, and a lot of the ones I teach go on to learn past life as well. Some are not open to hypnosis at all, much less past life, and that is true in any profession, some are open, some are not. I worked with a pastor in Houston who did a Life Between Lives session because his brother passed away, so there are plenty of people you might suspect would not be open to this who actually are. Here is the thing though. With past life there is really no gray area, people either believe it or they do not. So if you feel drawn to this work, do not let other people's views or judgment of it influence your decision.

Yes, they can. Ongoing stomach tightness, nausea, reflux or digestive trouble that nothing seems to account for is frequently a carryover from the way a previous life ended. Any kind of stomach issue in a past life, especially one that takes your life, can follow you into your current life as a kind of phantom trigger, the body bracing against something that is long over. In the session we look at that event in the hypnotic state and separate the old injury from the body you have now. Clients often tell me the symptoms ease once that separation is made, and many describe their body finally settling down. It is one of the more common things I see in sessions.

Yes, in my experience an online session over Zoom is every bit as deep as one done in person. Once you take a deep breath and close your eyes, all you need is my voice to navigate your subconscious, and my voice comes through your earbuds just the same. Being at home actually helps. You are in your own comfort, safety and privacy, and my clients typically relax more deeply there than they would in an unfamiliar room. You also skip the commute and the traffic before and after what can be a profound emotional experience, so you can rest and let it settle. Every session I facilitate is online over Zoom.

That instant, unexplainable familiarity with someone is often a sign that your souls have shared many past lives. Souls travel and incarnate together in groups, working on shared lessons over many lifetimes and trading roles as spouses, siblings, parents and close friends. Before your session you fill out a cast of characters list with the important people in your life. As past life scenes come up, I cross reference that list, and clients are frequently surprised to recognize a current spouse or friend in a very different role. Seeing the original agreements and karmic bonds behind the connection tends to bring clarity, and many people come away understanding why this particular relationship feels so deep.

I prefer to clearly see your face and your chest rise so I can monitor your breathing and confirm you are in trance rather than drifting off to sleep. If the camera angle or the connection makes that hard, I have a reliable backup. I ask you to count backward from three to one out loud. That simple conversational check lets me hear the tone, pacing and emotional depth of your voice, and those tell me clearly that you are in a safe, deep state of hypnosis. It happens without interrupting your experience at all. Between the camera, the count and the ongoing conversation we keep through the whole session, I always have a good read on where you are.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.
