Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.

Forgiveness in this work means taking your own power back, and it has nothing to do with saying what someone did was acceptable.
