An analytical, left brain mind, which I see often in engineers and software developers, is no barrier to hypnosis. To quiet that logical chatter I use a simple visual exercise I call the Ball Game. You imagine holding a ball, you toss it up, and you watch it turn into a balloon. That is the whole thing. It sounds almost too simple, but what it does is shift you from trying to analyze what is happening into simply allowing impressions to flow from your subconscious. Once that shift happens, the critical mind steps out of the way and my analytical clients access deep memories and knowings just as easily as anyone else.

Yes, wireless earbuds like AirPods are fine for an online session, with one adjustment. Their batteries rarely last through a full four to five hour Quantum Healing Hypnosis session. So if AirPods are what you have, wear only one earbud at a time and leave the other one on the charging pad. When the low battery alert sounds, you swap them. My clients do this while staying in a deep, relaxed trance and it does not interrupt the session at all, because all you need is to keep hearing my voice. That single earbud swap is what lets a wireless setup go the distance.

We keep going, and I do not charge extra for the additional time. I treat session length as a moving target because I refuse to rush your healing. A Past Life Regression typically takes three to three and a half hours and Quantum Healing Hypnosis four to five, but I block off more than that on my calendar, four hours for PLR and six for QHHT, so there is room. Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds. One client of mine went to a life where both suns in the sky were blue and the beings had blue skin and long fingers.
