Can past life regression help unexplained physical pain?

Yes, it can. Physical discomfort that has no clear explanation is often a carryover from a fatal injury in a past life, a kind of muscle memory the body is still holding. One client of mine had years of shoulder pain that traced straight back to being crushed by a falling rock in a previous lifetime. In the session we follow the sensation back to its original cause. Once your subconscious realizes the injury belongs to a body you no longer have, the unhealed energetic trauma has a chance to release. Clients often tell me that the discomfort they came in with eases noticeably, and sometimes what they had lived with for years simply stops making sense to their body.

Do I get a recording of my session?

Yes, every session is recorded automatically through Zoom, so you do not need to record anything yourself. The recording is set to start the moment our meeting opens. After we finish I process the audio file and send you a copy. I encourage you to listen to it in a quiet place afterward, because hearing your own voice describe the experience tends to bring back more conscious recall, and my clients often find that listening is where the insights really settle in and become part of daily life.

Can a session help me after losing my spouse?

Yes. Losing a spouse, partner or close friend can be devastating, and in my framework these deep connections are often guided by agreements made before birth. In my experience partners frequently agree to come into a life together and even choose who will leave first, so that the loss becomes a catalyst for the other person's spiritual awakening and growth. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session you can connect directly with the soul of your partner on the other side. Clients often receive comforting messages and signs from that meeting, and they come away with a felt sense that the person is still with them in a different way. That is where closure and peace tend to come from.

Why do I feel like I do not belong on Earth?

That lifelong feeling of not fitting in, or of longing for a different family, is common among spiritually sensitive people and those who think of themselves as Starseeds. In hypnosis, my clients often find they carry memories of past lives in advanced or off planet civilizations where the community lived in harmony. After that, Earth's heavy, competitive density can feel shocking and foreign. Revisiting those memories from a safe place validates the homesickness you have felt for so long. Many people find that once they understand where it comes from, they can release the grief of leaving home and settle more comfortably into their purpose here. In my experience, you are simply remembering.

Can I avoid the reincarnation cycle?

Reincarnation is a voluntary choice, and your soul is the one making it. I hear from people who want to be sure they never come back, usually because this physical life has been hard. What I have seen in Life Between Lives sessions is that the decision belongs to your soul rather than to your human personality. Your soul is after growth, and it may get guidance or encouragement from your guides to come back and finish lessons that are still open. So the honest answer is that you do not have to reincarnate, but your soul often chooses to, because it sees something worth coming back for.

Do you read from a script during sessions?

No, I do not read from a script. There is a term, Scripnosis, for a hypnotherapist reading a generic pre written script word for word to a client. I avoid that approach because a canned script cannot respond to your unique personal issues and what your subconscious needs in the moment. My sessions are interactive and client centered. I listen closely to your words while you are in trance and create custom suggestions in real time based on what you say. That is also how I teach my students to work. The result is a session tailored to you, shaped by your own language and your own experience rather than a page of text written for someone else.
