Sit upright, propped up with several pillows in bed or relaxed in an easy chair, sofa or recliner with good neck support. I steer clients away from lying flat because your brain is deeply programmed to associate lying flat in bed with deep, unconscious sleep. During trance you stay actively awake and conversational so you can answer my questions, and sitting upright keeps your physical body from accidentally drifting off into normal sleep. If that happens I have a wakeup call to bring you back, and it is simpler to avoid the detour. Comfort matters, so arrange whatever supports your neck and lets you settle in for a few hours without shifting around.

Yes. Recurring nightmares, restless sleep and even a lifelong inability to remember your dreams are often your subconscious trying to process something unresolved from a past life or a parallel lifetime. Under hypnosis you explore the event from a safe, detached observer's view rather than living through it again. Clients often tell me the nightmares ease once that trapped shock is released, and that their sleep becomes deeper and more peaceful. Many also notice they start remembering their dreams again.

This is one of the most powerful questions I have added to my list of commonly asked questions, and the answers rarely focus on material success, wealth or professional status. When clients pose it to their Higher Self or guides during the question and answer segment, the guidance typically directs them to look back from the end of their physical lifetime and evaluate their soul level progress. Seen from there, the most significant achievements are typically revealed to be your spiritual growth, learning to practice unconditional self love and the deep, loving connections you shared with others. The hypnotherapy certification. There is no way around it and no shortcut through it. The 220 hour program certified through IACT is the foundation the rest of the path stands on. From there you take past life regression, which is a six day class across two consecutive three day weekends, covering childhood memories, womb regression and past lifetimes, because the Newton Institute expects a regressionist to be fluent in those timelines before LBL training. Spiritual Connection and Communication comes after that. Each step is built to make the next one possible.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try.
