Yes, you can reschedule online if your plans change. The link is at the bottom of your confirmation email, and you can use it up to six hours before your session. Your deposit is non refundable, but it rolls right over to hold your new date, so nothing is lost by moving it. Can my Higher Self heal a physical illness?

Healing on a spiritual level is very possible in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session, and it is not a magic wand. Here is how I explain it to my clients. If a physical challenge or a long running illness is tied directly to a lesson your soul came to Earth to learn, your Higher Self will not simply erase it, because that would interfere with your growth. What tends to happen instead is that your guides hand you breadcrumbs, actionable instructions on what you need to do to heal yourself. Sometimes they grant partial relief, easing a good share of the symptoms, to assist you while you actively work on the lesson. So ask for healing, and stay open to the form the answer takes. In my experience the help arrives in the way that serves your growth best.

Why do I need a regression before Life Between Lives?

Life Between Lives goes to the deepest level of soul memory, so a Past Life Regression or QHHT session comes first to build the depth to reach it. An LBL session focuses on the spiritual realm itself, what your soul experiences after a death and before the next incarnation, including your soul group and the Council of Elders. Those memories are exceptionally deep and complex. What should I expect after a session?

After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and perhaps a bit tired. It is common to experience a shift in perspective and a greater sense of clarity about your life. The insights gained during the regression often continue to unfold over the following days and weeks. I always recommend taking some quiet time for reflection after our work together, allowing the profound wisdom of your soul to fully integrate.

Why am I drawn to or repelled by a certain era?

Intense, irrational likes and dislikes are very often carryovers from previous lives. An obsession with the Victorian era, a strong aversion to a particular culture, a refusal to watch anything medieval like Game of Thrones, these tend to have a story behind them. Your soul carries cellular memories of where you have lived and how you died. In my experience an obsession usually points to a comforting lifetime where you were happy and fulfilled, while a severe aversion typically marks a past life of real suffering in that region or era, imprisonment, trauma, or a hard death. A regression lets you go back and see where the feeling comes from.

Why is my family relationship so difficult?

Difficult family relationships often go back to a plan your soul made before you were born. Our souls arrange family connections ahead of time, and they often set up challenging scenarios on purpose so we can learn something crucial like forgiveness, boundaries or self worth. A soul that needs to learn forgiveness, for example, may ask a close member of its own soul group to play the antagonist or the mean one in this life. That is a big favor to ask, and it is usually done out of love.
