When a guide or a whole spirit team steps forward during a past life regression or quantum healing hypnosis session, one of the first things I ask is for a specific name, because a name gives you a clearer connection to hold onto. Sometimes a guide offers a simple nickname to get started, and sometimes they confirm they are happy with whatever name you already use for them in meditation.
