Can I get a body scan during the session?

Yes, during a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your Higher Self or your spirit guides to do a thorough scan of your body. The scan looks at what you already know about and at anything you may not be aware of yet. I usually frame it across the four aspects of a whole person, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Your Higher Self can then describe what is out of balance, explain the spiritual lesson behind it, and offer insight into what your body needs. Many of my clients find the scan is where the session gets very practical, because the information is specific to them and comes from a part of themselves that sees the whole picture.

Do I need to believe in past lives for a session?

No, belief is not a requirement. You can come in seeing reincarnation as real, or seeing the whole thing as symbolic metaphor and stories your own mind creates, and the session still delivers insight either way. Your subconscious uses those narratives to bring up deep emotional understanding and loosen long standing blocks. What matters is an open mind and a willingness to let the impressions flow, whatever form they take. Skeptics are welcome. Curiosity is plenty to start with, and in my experience the people who arrive unsure are often surprised by how much comes through once they relax and let it happen.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, you can reschedule online if your plans change. The link is at the bottom of your confirmation email, and you can use it up to six hours before your session. Your deposit is non refundable, but it rolls right over to hold your new date, so nothing is lost by moving it. If an emergency comes up closer to your time slot, just text or email me directly and I will adjust the booking by hand to fit your situation.

Why do I feel like I am not from here?

That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds. In my experience, some of them have lived previous lifetimes on other planets or in other dimensions. One client of mine went to a life where both suns in the sky were blue and the beings had blue skin and long fingers. Under hypnosis you can access those off planet memories, or recognize a past life imprint that was placed to help a newer soul adapt to life here. Either way, the feeling of isolation starts to make sense, and many people find it much easier to settle into their earthly mission once they understand where it comes from.

How do I connect with my Higher Self in a session?

Connecting with your Higher Self is part of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, and it is one of the most natural parts of the work, typically from your very first one. To prepare, you write a list of the personal questions that matter most to you. Once you are in a deep hypnotic state, the Theta brainwave frequency, your logical, analytical thoughts step aside. Then I speak directly to your Higher Self and ask it to answer through your voice, or to deliver sudden, clear knowings. Clients often say something like "this just popped in my head," and that is exactly it. What you end up with is an open line of communication and clear spiritual guidance on the questions you brought. Will my daily medication block me from going deep?

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try.
