Past lives affect your current life mostly through the moments that were never resolved, especially a traumatic death or a severe injury. Those experiences can leave what I call a bleed through, a kind of muscle memory that your body still carries. Drowning in a past life can show up today as an intense fear of water or boats that makes no logical sense. A fatal injury can show up as ongoing physical discomfort in that same spot with no clear explanation. In a deep hypnotic trance you can safely revisit the original event, and what tends to happen is that your mind separates that old experience from the body you have now. Clients often describe a heavy energy lifting once that separation is made.

Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

On the day itself, keep your regular morning coffee or tea if you drink it daily, because caffeine withdrawal can bring on a headache right when you want to be relaxed. Just limit the amount so you do not arrive feeling jittery. Go easy on liquids right before we start too, so you are not needing constant restroom breaks in the middle of a past life. Beyond that, my clients do best when they come in curious and rested rather than trying to make anything happen. The preparation is simple on purpose.

Forgiveness in this work means taking your own power back, and it has nothing to do with saying what someone did was acceptable. Refusing to forgive is like drinking a glass of poison and waiting for the other person to die. It only harms you. Forgiveness of self can create powerful healing as well. Forgiving another person, or yourself, while you are in a deep hypnotic state is a different experience from trying to do it with your everyday mind, because the analytical mind is out of the way. What my clients typically report is that trapped emotions like anger and hate finally have somewhere to go, and what replaces them feels like peace and compassion. In my experience that release is one of the most healing things that happens in a session.

Asking why all the bad happened tends to keep you stuck in a victim pattern, so I invite my clients to ask a different question. Challenges and obstacles are chosen on a soul level before birth to serve as major catalysts for spiritual growth and to teach specific lessons. Rephrase your inquiry into a how or a what question. What do I need to do to move forward? How can I grow from this? Those questions open doors. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, connecting with your Higher Self reveals the pre birth plan behind these struggles, and that gives you the clarity and direction to navigate your path with grace. Many people leave a session understanding their purpose going forward for the first time.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try.
