Keep your list to one page, a page and a half at most, and group the questions by category such as physical health, relationships and life purpose. The most important thing is how you phrase them. Yes. A regression session is about more than clearing old trauma. In my experience it is also a good way to bring forward positive talents and gifts. If you played the piano, painted, wrote or did energy healing in a past life, that knowledge is still held in your soul. When we access that lifetime in trance, I can give your subconscious the suggestion to integrate those old abilities into who you are now. Clients often tell me that afterward learning comes more easily and the talent feels familiar rather than new, which can make a real difference in your career or your creative hobbies. If you have always felt you had a gift you could not explain, that is a good thing to bring to your session.

Yes. In my framework, souls travel and reincarnate together in groups, often taking on roles as mother, father or sibling across many lifetimes. Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your guides directly about your intuition, and better access to it is one of the commonly asked questions my clients bring. So at the end of your session I teach you self hypnosis techniques you can use at home. You learn to settle into a relaxed state, go to a special place we set up during the session, and connect there with your guidance. Because a Life Between Lives session asks for a great deal of hypnotic depth and a very quiet mind, and that takes some preparation. LBL is the pinnacle of spiritual regression, and a Past Life Regression or QHHT session comes first. When I check a client's readiness for LBL with my pendulum or muscle testing, my guides often suggest waiting two to three months after that first session. The gap gives you time to process and integrate what came up in the past life work, builds up what I call your hypnotic muscle memory, and leaves you energetically prepared to enter the spirit realm comfortably.
