It's been a few months since my past life regression session & I have been profoundly touched by the assistance given. Many things that I felt were confirmed. I have used many tools in my grief therapy and this one was such a lamp. I am now preparing for a second session(it is very overwhelming in my opinion and mentally freeing but exhausting at the same time)to continue on my healing journey and I truly consider it an educational investment. It's one of those things that once you have knowledge can't be taken away from you. Highly recommend. I prepared prior to my first session by simple audio meditation so that I would be familiar and comfortable with the process but I really felt like Mark walks you through it all so it's not a necessity.

I did a Past Life Regression with Mark. I purposely waited a few weeks to allow the good things that happened in my session to integrate and others to come forward. I became a Christian at an early age, so reincarnation was not part of my life. Through my awakening, I knew that a PLR was something that I needed to break free and continue my spiritual journey. I always had a fear of water and never chose to swim. I avoided water or stayed in the very shallow end. Seeing movies or pictures of a person submerged was frightening so I would avoid that as well. During my PLR, Mark helped me to go back in my past life where I had drowned. It was not the only time that I had drown in a past life, but it was the first instance. Mark helped me walk through processing the whole event from the past life and into my current life. I have had such a remarkable change in the underlying element of fear that had always been close to the surface. As a fellow therapist and teacher I am impressed by Mark's ability to create a session, listen and hold the space and guide with patience and innovation.. His voice is wonderful, his creative and individual induction and guidance throughout the session and after were impressive and have taught me about other ways of being a wonderful therapist. His ability and patience to listen and help formulate a focus and understanding of what I was looking for. Sometimes we need the patience of a great therapist to arrive to a clarity for often when we are feeling challenged by life we may not have such a clear awareness. For us to learn what we are seeking, understand what we need and receive from a session a clear sense of what our next steps can be is a great gift. Ever since my Past Life Regression session with you I have had a number of ah-ha moments. In addition, I feel a lot of what I've been carrying around for a long time (grief surrounding loss of family) hsd lifted from me. The ah-ha thoughts come in the morning after my shower and I can hardly wait to grab a pen and paper to write it down! I feel much relief and am shedding the grief surrounding loss of family and love.
