No prior belief is required. Many clients come in with an open but skeptical mind, and the experience speaks for itself. Whether you view the imagery as literal past life memories, symbolic representations from your subconscious, or simply a deeply creative inner journey, the insights and healing that emerge are real and meaningful. A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. It does include a brief past life experience as a starting point, but the primary focus is on exploring the spirit world, where you have access to the full tapestry of your past lives, your soul group, your spirit guides, and a deeper understanding of your current life purpose. An LBL session is typically longer and works best when you have already experienced a Past Life Regression, as that foundation helps you reach the depth of trance the work requires.

Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.

Many people are surprised when they realize how natural hypnosis feels. It is a state we enter naturally every day, such as when we are daydreaming or just before falling asleep. My role is simply to guide you into that relaxed state. As long as you have a genuine desire to experience the session and are willing to follow my voice, you can be guided into the appropriate level of trance for this deep inner work.

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and perhaps a bit tired. It is common to experience a shift in perspective and a greater sense of clarity about your life. The insights gained during the regression often continue to unfold over the following days and weeks. I always recommend taking some quiet time for reflection after our work together, allowing the profound wisdom of your soul to fully integrate.
