Yes, they can. Ongoing stomach tightness, nausea, reflux or digestive trouble that nothing seems to account for is frequently a carryover from the way a previous life ended. Someone who died of starvation, poisoning or a stab wound to the abdomen can carry that physical memory forward as a kind of phantom trigger, the body bracing against something that is long over. In the session we look at that event under hypnosis and separate the old injury from the body you have now. Clients often tell me the symptoms ease once that separation is made, and many describe their body finally settling down. It is one of the more common things I see in sessions.

You can, and I generally suggest spacing them out. Doing a Past Life Regression, QHHT and Life Between Lives inside a short window is something I call the Grand Slam, and it is possible. But these are deep sessions with intense emotional and energetic work in them, and in my experience it is best to allow several weeks, or even a quarter, between one and the next. That space gives your mind and body time to process, digest and integrate what came through into your daily life before you go into another deep trance. My clients who leave room between sessions typically find each one lands more fully than it would if they were stacked back to back.

For licensed clinical professionals such as LPCs who need Continuing Education Units, the answer depends on your state licensing board's criteria. Each board sets its own rules about which hours it accepts, so I suggest checking with yours beforehand to see whether IACT approved courses qualify. When clients pose it to their Higher Self or guides during the question and answer segment, the guidance typically directs them to look back from the end of their physical lifetime and evaluate their soul level progress. Seen from there, the most significant achievements are typically revealed to be your spiritual growth, learning to practice unconditional self love and the deep, loving connections you shared with others. Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try.
