Yes, in many sessions it does, and the process is similar to conscious channeling. You stay fully aware and in the driver's seat the entire time. During the question and answer segment of a quantum healing hypnosis session I ask permission to speak directly to your Higher Self or your guides. From there it depends on how you receive information. Some clients hear the answers in their head and relay them to me. For others, the Higher Self speaks directly through their voice. In both cases you remain aware and conversing, simply allowing the spiritual wisdom to flow through your vocal cords. My clients often describe it as listening to themselves say things they did not know they knew.

A soul retrieval is a process I can weave into any regression when a piece of you seems to have gone missing. Extreme trauma, a near death experience, or the sudden loss of someone deeply loved can cause a fragment of your soul energy to leave or to stay with the person who passed. That is why people often feel empty, incomplete, or unable to find joy years after a devastating loss. It is not a separate session. Within your regression we locate that missing fragment, gently detach it from the deceased, and bring it back into your being. Parts Therapy and Gestalt Therapy are hypnotherapy techniques I use to settle internal conflicts while you are in hypnosis. They come into play when different parts of your subconscious are pulling in different directions, say one part of you that badly wants to succeed in business and another part that holds you back out of fear. Instead of fighting those feelings, I guide the parts to speak to each other, voice their concerns and negotiate an agreement they can both live with. Clients often tell me the tug of war eases once each part has been heard. The aim is to integrate your mind so you can move forward with more self trust and less second guessing.

No, your future is not set in stone. In my framework, you take part in a planning process before you are born. Your soul chooses your parents, your body and the main lessons you came here to learn, things like compassion or patience. What I have seen in sessions, though, is that this plan is a high level outline of major milestones rather than a minute by minute script. Once you are here, you have full free will. When you reach a crossroads in life, your choices decide which way you go, so what lies ahead is a set of probable outcomes rather than one fixed destiny. The plan gives you the big picture. How you walk it is up to you.

From there you take past life regression, which is a six day class across two consecutive three day weekends, covering childhood memories, womb regression and past lifetimes, because the Newton Institute expects a regressionist to be fluent in those timelines before LBL training. Spiritual Connection and Communication comes after that. Each step is built to make the next one possible.

You do not need to deliver eloquent descriptions for this to go well.
