Yes, in my experience an online session over Zoom is every bit as deep as one done in person. Once you take a deep breath and close your eyes, all you need is my voice to navigate your subconscious, and my voice comes through your earbuds just the same. Being at home actually helps. You are in your own comfort, safety and privacy, and my clients typically relax more deeply there than they would in an unfamiliar room. You also skip the commute and the traffic before and after what can be a profound emotional experience, so you can rest and let it settle. Every session I facilitate is online over Zoom.

Yes, in many sessions it does, and the process is similar to conscious channeling. You stay fully aware and in the driver's seat the entire time. During the question and answer segment of a quantum healing hypnosis session I ask permission to speak directly to your Higher Self or your guides. From there it depends on how you receive information. Some clients hear the answers in their head and relay them to me. For others, the Higher Self speaks directly through their voice. In both cases you remain aware and conversing, simply allowing the spiritual wisdom to flow through your vocal cords. My clients often describe it as listening to themselves say things they did not know they knew.

Your soul is a large, advanced energy field, and the human body can only hold a small part of that intensity. So when you are in the womb, typically somewhere between three and six months of pregnancy, only a small percentage of your soul's energy connects with the developing body to form your human personality. The rest stays in the non physical realm as your Higher Self, watching over you with a broad, protective perspective for your whole lifetime. That is why, in my framework, you can reach your Higher Self so readily in hypnosis. It is the larger part of you, and it has been there all along, before the body and beyond it.

That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds. In my experience, some of them have lived previous lifetimes on other planets or in other dimensions. One client of mine went to a life where both suns in the sky were blue and the beings had blue skin and long fingers. Under hypnosis you can access those off planet memories, or recognize a past life imprint that was placed to help a newer soul adapt to life here. Either way, the feeling of isolation starts to make sense, and many people find it much easier to settle into their earthly mission once they understand where it comes from.

I feel that I connect with my own guides, as well as others in spirit, during sessions, and one way I do that is through my pendulum and sometimes muscle testing. I cannot say for sure where the answers come from. It may be my guides, your guides, the Masters of Light I have written about on the blog, or another guide who is a guide to one of your guides, but there is a connection, and the answers come. During an active session they let me quickly double check information, verify the exact identity of the spiritual guides or attachments present, and confirm that an energetic block, a negative contract or an earthbound soul attachment has fully cleared before we move forward. Think of it as a second line on the phone. The answers come through your voice first, and these tools give me a fast, reliable way to check them.

You can still have a good session with me. Over twenty years and well over three thousand sessions, I have found that going into hypnosis comes down to how the session is run. I customize every session in real time using my clinical hypnotherapy background, and I have multiple backup inductions ready if the first one does not settle you. I also use interactive dialogue to quiet an overactive mind, since a busy mind is the most common reason people feel they did not go under.
