Watch my preparatory video and write two lists, your personal questions and a cast of characters list of the important people in your life. Those are the essentials. On the day itself, keep your regular morning coffee or tea if you drink it daily, because caffeine withdrawal can bring on a headache right when you want to be relaxed. Just limit the amount so you do not arrive feeling jittery. Go easy on liquids right before we start too, so you are not needing constant restroom breaks in the middle of a past life. Beyond that, my clients do best when they come in curious and rested rather than trying to make anything happen. The preparation is simple on purpose.

Sessions are private and one on one, so you will be alone in a quiet room for the duration. Here is why. Having another person in the room creates an energetic distraction. Clients unconsciously worry about their partner's reactions, feel vulnerable or hold back their true feelings, and a deep, focused Theta trance needs you fully present with your own experience. I ask for a space free of two legged or four legged distractions. The good news is that the session is recorded, so you can share every bit of it with your spouse or family afterward, and many of my clients do exactly that. They get the full story, and you get the depth that comes from privacy.

Having trouble entering a past life is rare, and I have several backup plans ready if it happens. If you are blocked or struggling to regress, I set the past life work aside and move the session into another hypnosis process such as Parts Therapy or Gestalt Therapy, and those approaches tend to bring up rich material of their own. I can also use alternative entry techniques like travel in your imagination, the infinite pool or the sphere of possibilities to establish a direct connection with your spirit guides or your Higher Self. Either way you still receive a full, deeply healing session. In my experience the session goes where it needs to go, and a different doorway often turns out to be the right one for you.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try. Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. During the past life review in your session I help you spot these agreements, and in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your higher self about them directly. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.

That lifelong feeling of not fitting in, or of longing for a different family, is common among spiritually sensitive people and those who think of themselves as Starseeds. In hypnosis, my clients often find they carry memories of past lives in advanced or off planet civilizations where the community lived in harmony. After that, Earth's heavy, competitive density can feel shocking and foreign. Revisiting those memories from a safe place validates the homesickness you have felt for so long. Many people find that once they understand where it comes from, they can release the grief of leaving home and settle more comfortably into their purpose here. In my experience, you are simply remembering.
